Chef Douglas Brochu is a virtual dynamo on the Phoenix culinary scene.
Whether he is overseeing his daily café, known as "Chives"; as part owner of Mesa's Stonebridge Manor which caters to over 170 weddings annually; or delighting the rest of the Valley of the Sun with his talents through his "Creative Hands Cuisine", Chef Doug seems determined to let everyone find pleasure through his creative efforts.
Chef Doug's skilled hands are also known to wrap around his beloved Harley-Davidson, a well-aimed pool cue, his teacup Yorkies; Basil, Sage, & Thyme, his newborn son Kruz, and of course his lovely wife Camille!
