Chef Craiger
Known since 1999 as the “Grill Maestro”, Chef Craiger parlayed his early experimentation on the backyard Weber into a one-of-a-kind singing, grilling catering service. Grill Maestro Catering delighted thousands of al fresco diners with unique grilled entrees, appetizers, and desserts, while singing a tune or two as the courses unfolded. Craiger has been performing on stage since the age of four, singing and acting his way into the hearts of friends and family, and now he reaches the heart in a totally different way! A forty-year veteran of the food and beverage wars, Chef Craiger has developed his unique style of food preparation by turning those same friends and family into a constant test kitchen.

Many, many smiles and thousands of happy palates later, Chef Craiger has joined his grilling expertise with the sauté’ savvy of Chef Doug Brochu, and voila! “To Grill or Not to Grill” is born. A lover of many things; Chef Craiger enjoys pushing the limits on culinary creativity; prefers Jazz, Classic Rock, Classical, & World music, fine cigars, fast cars, finely crafted Spirits, rare cheeses, baseball, entertaining, gardening, traveling, blogging, family & friends, and of course his soul-mate and wife Margie. Known by friends as a “loveable Teddy Bear”, Craiger loves to chef, to hug, to laugh, and believes in “Paying it Forward”! Ciao!
